I didn't notice back in the shop but the box has a sticker on it (full front sticker). This means they are basically taking current stock and putting the sticker & the games in it (team ADUE).
The console is noisy (feels the same as my old day one Xbox 360, but maybe I don't remember well) and playing LEGO Indiana Jones for hours had the air exhausted being hot.
I don't have any flashlight so I couldn't have a look at the heat spreader configuration.
